The brainchild of artists Teresa Wilson and Faith Christiansen Smeets, the Camelback Art Collective (CAC) was created to create, inspire, showcase, and invest in local and emerging fine artists by uniting artists, industry, and community. 

Co-Founder // Teresa Wilson

Teresa is the owner and proprietor of Camelback Flowershop. She is a leader in her field of design and at the forefront of art and trend in the retail space. As an influencer in the Valley of the Sun, her other field of expertise is gathering and producing beautiful happenings. Her painting and training began at the age of 5 with Italian oil masters and continued through her college years. Co-Founder // Faith Christiansen Smeets

Faith is a full time artist and Adjunct Faculty at Phoenix College. Faith was a consultant for her own firm Faith Salutes for 10 years where she led on projects from the political to the personal. She studied at UCLA (Political Science and African Studies) and Georgetown. She is a native to the desert. Board Member // Caroline Crafton

Caroline specializes in the creative direction and design of publications, and the production of fashion, lifestyle, food and travel shoots for both editorial and commercial clients. She studied at Duke University (Art and Contemporary Anthropology) and painting at the Slade School of Visual Art in London. Her career launched and took hold in New York, but she is back in the desert performing her magic here. She is a desert native. Please visit www.jacksoncrafton.com

Board Member // Casey Christiansen

Casey serves as a content producer and behind the scenes media darling. From writing and styling for The Arizona Republic to developing social media and public relations campaigns for top marketing agencies, art institutions. Her expertise is in copywriting, content creation, brand strategy, art direction, and digital social media marketing. Her firm Creative Riot is for design gone rogue. Board Member // Bettina Chow

Bettina hails from the great Chicago and moved to the Valley in 2010. A former academic, Bettina now serves on several non-profit boards. She is currently the Executive Vice President of Temple Solel and Chief of Medical Education for the Hedley Orthopedic Institute in Phoenix. Bettina has always been an ardent supporter of the Arts, because finding art is the best way to bring beauty into an incredibly involved life. She is now ours in the desert.
